Bringing together two distinct culinary expressions, Mathias Dahlgren’s aquatic philosophy meets Marchal’s refined French-Nordic cuisine, led by Executive Head Chef Alexander Baert. Rooted in seasonality, craftsmanship, and precision, the evening presents a curated tasting menu that explores the richness of Scandinavia alongside classic techniques reinterpreted with contemporary finesse.
