New Year's celebration in Vinterträdgården

Celebrate the arrival of the New Year in grand style in Wilhelmina Skogh’s historic Vinterträdgården. Step into the elegant venue, where the sound of piano music greets you at the door and sets the tone for the evening. Throughout the night, lively musical performances and vibrant jazz take over the hall that once served as a stage for jazz’s golden era. As midnight approaches, we welcome the New Year together, followed by music and dancing well into the early hours. 

During the evening, a carefully composed dinner will be served, featuring classic dishes and seasonal flavours.

Canapes 
Seared scallop with pickled cucumber, lemon and champagne gelée

Charred beef tartare with smoked crème fraîche and caviar

Starter
Lobster and parsley root terrine with Kalix vendace roe, glazed endive and fennel

Main course
Thyme-seared beef tenderloin with truffle sauce, citric green apple, honey-glazed root vegetables and herb salad

Cheese
Brie with port-wine-poached pear

Dessert
Chocolate and macadamia praline with a molten cloudberry core and chocolate shards

Entry from 8pm (last entry from 9pm) with closing at 2am
Age limit 18 years
Dress code: Blazer

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations and adjustments to the number of guests can be made up to 7 days prior to your visit. After this point, a cancellation fee of SEK 2 495 per person will be charged.
• The service fee of SEK 35 per person is non-refundable.
