Welcome to an extraordinary truffle experience!
We will serve an exclusive menu focusing on black and white truffles from Piedmont but also truffles from other parts of Europe. Truffle experts from Italy and Sweden will be present to explain the differences between the different truffles. The menu will also include crayfish, fillet of beef, wild turbot, hazelnuts from Piedmont, our own selected Osetra Caviar, and of course some pasta.
